Hey, I'm Flaxxy (IGN: Fl4ked) — an experienced staff member who has run communities from the top down. I was Owner of Onlyneth (full Discord moderation) and Co-Owner of the Onlyneth guild (all tickets handled by me), and I've staffed Fresh SMP (Helper), Jerico SMP (Admin), Pikabone Network (Manager), and HyperRealms (Moderator).
As a moderator, I believe in fairness and communication. I'm calm under pressure, fluent in English, and I treat every player with respect — even when I'm enforcing the rules. My goal is simple: make sure your server stays a place where everyone wants to log back in.
